She persued her post graduate training in M.S general surgery at the prestigious Andhra Medical College (AMC) Visakhapatnam, mastering the art of surgery , where she acknowledged her passion and skill towards plastic surgery.

Dr Padmini joined the renowned institute of medical sciences, Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad for Super speciality in plastic surgery, where she dedicated herself to experience the first hand joy of transforming lives and restoring patient confidence by performing Reconstructive and Aesthetic procedures.

Dr Padmini worked as a senior resident in the reputed institute of Nizams medical college and MNJ cancer center Through rigorous training and a passion for excellence, she focused on honing her specialized reconstructive skills.

Served as an assistant professor at Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada where she trained the next generation of healthcare professionals, balancing clinical practice with academic research.

She expanded her aesthetic experience under rigorous, elite and world-class aesthetic fellowship training under the well renowned aesthetic surgeon Dr Ramachandran at Apollo hospitals, Chennai
World class Microvascular training (2018)
Dr Padmini expanded her expertise by completing fellowship in microvascular surgery at the world’s renowned center of excellence at Chang Gung memorial hospital, Taipei, Taiwan, under the tutelage of Professor Fu Chan Wei, a world’s renowned micro vascular surgeon.
